As an additional service to all owners we offer a Rental Service. So if you wish to rent out your Apartment, Villa or Penthouse, when they are not in use, we can arrange that for you. That way, in addition to the capital gains, the property can also return a valuable annual income back from your investment.

Having someone to take care of everything while you are not around, is essential if you do plan to rent your property. Having IOR Group taking care of your property, you can when you return be sure to find everything as good as when you left it.

APARTMENTS, VILLAS & PENTHOUSES RENTALS

We are able to offer you two choices on Rental for Apartments, Villas and Penthouses.

1/. We will take care of your property, and also help you find clients to Rent at an amount agreed by you. We will collect all rents, and either bank or hold them for you. We will check your property both before, and after the rental, to ensure that everything is ok.
For this service we will charge 20% of the Rental Fees received.

2/. A Full Rental Service for your property, where we handle everything for you.
We charge 40%* of the rental received, and return the remaining 60% to the client.

Should you wish to rent your new apartment, penthouse or villa, we will be pleased to supply you with further information. Rental returns will depend on the amount of time you wish to rent, amount charged and the season you are renting in.

As a general guide, the seasons are as follows:

Peak Season 20th December – 10th January
This is Phuket’s “busiest” period of the year. Due to the fact that it covers both Christmas and the New Year. It is also the period that gives the best income return on property rental.

High Season 1st November – 30th April
The “High Season” is the main tourist season in Phuket. Tourists especially from Europe can escape the Northern winter to enjoy the guaranteed sunshine. This again is a good time to consider renting due to the high number of tourists that visit during this period.

Low Season 1st May – 31st October
The “Low Season” is the quieter time on this beautiful island. It is also when it gets most of its rain that preserves the amazing tropical climate. During this period of the year you can also witness the Monsoon Rains! If you have never experienced one of these tropical rain storms, then we would recommend that it is another Phuket experience that should not be missed.
